Like many, I am a creature of habit.
Each morning I have to have 2 cups of green tea with a splash of creamy, delicious almond, cashew or
coconut milk.
Nothing else will do.
And when I feel the need to perk up with a stimulating cup of java, almond milk is my creamer of choice.
No cow’s milk lightens my coffee or tea.
No dairy products are used as a creamy base for my soups, sauces or smoothies.
From almond to cashew to coconut to hazelnut and more, nondairy nut milks and butters rock my world.
These rich, nutritious, nutty, buttery delights satisfy my creamy cravings without a lot of guilt.
Packed with protein, fiber, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals and omega-3 fatty acids, most nuts and seeds
deliver a serious nutritional power punch.
So it’s no surprise that I am nuts for nuts!

Yes! I love making my own almond milk! I have even made almond milk into yogurt and frozen almond milk yogurt! Yum!
I didn’t have a hard time transitioning from dairy to vegan milk fortunately. As a matter of fact, I felt so much better after ditching dairy. Do you ever make homemade hemp milk? It’s my favourite =)
