Here is an easy to follow, go-to formula for blending up a simple, nutrient-dense smoothie
that even the laziest non-breakfast-eater will love.
If you’re new to drinking your greens, start with sweeter, smoother fruits (like bananas) and then
as your taste buds climate change you can get greener and more adventurous.
Today I made a super-charged organic smoothie that left me feeling satisfied for hours.
2 frozen bananas
1 cup strawberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup spinach
1/2 cup dried coconut
1 teaspoon moringa leaf powder
1 teaspoon green powder
2 tablespoons hemp powder
2 tablespoons flax seeds
2 tablespoons chia seeds
1 cup filtered water
Add all of the ingredients above.
Blend until smooth.
Pour into a mason jar or glass.
