Green smoothies are often my go-to choice for a quick and healthy meal-in-a-minute.
Today I decided to raid the fridge to find some goodies for a super-nutritious green smoothie
to fuel my day.
I lucked out with fresh mango, avocado, banana and kale!
Plus, I added some healthy superfoods to kick the nutritional punch up a notch including flax
seed powder, chia seeds and plant-based protein powder.
This recipe makes enough for 2 full mason jars of healthy smoothie goodness.
I drank one for lunch.
I saved the other one for a post-workout pick me up.
