It’s time to take your boring salad to a whole different level.
Tantalize your taste buds with the spicy, vibrant flavors of fresh
cilantro, lemon juice, jalapeno pepper, garlic, ginger, salt and agave
nectar blended with your fresh homemade coconut mik.
Spicy Coconut Cilantro Dressing
Servings: 15
Preparation Time: 12 minutes
Ingredients
1 cup Cilantro leaves
1/3 cup fresh homemade Coconut Milk*
2 tablespoons Lemon juice
1 whole Jalapeño, ends trimmed
1 whole Garlic clove, peeled
1 inch Ginger, peeled
1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt
1/2 teaspoon Agave nectar
Directions
Place all ingredients in high-powered blender.
Blend until smooth.
Store in a glass container in the refrigerator.
Use it in salads or soups.
* For the freshest coconut milk make homemade coconut milk.
