Coconut Pineapple Mango Breakfast Smoothie

8 oz. coconut water
2 t. fresh ginger root, finely grated
¾ c. frozen mango chunks
¾ frozen pineapple chunks
2 large stalks celery, cut into chunks
1/3 medium cucumber, peeled and cut into chunks
3 T. fresh lime juice
5-6 ice cubes
Add all ingredients to high-powered blender and turn on to its lowest setting.
Gradually increase the speed and continue blending until all ingredients are blended smooth.
Pour smoothies into chilled glasses and serve immediately.
