Almond Coconut Spread on some apple slices or vegan crackers for a
quick creamy food fix that is satisfying and energizing.
This easy to make spread is a perfect addition to any picnic or party platter.
Creamy Vegan Almond Coconut Spread
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
3/4 cup Almond Butter
1/2 cup homemade Coconut Milk*
2 tablespoons Coconut Cream Concentrate
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
Dash of Sea Salt (Omit if using almond butter with added salt)
Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
Blend for a couple minutes.
Store in the refrigerator in an airtight container.
The spread will thicken up in the fridge.
* For the freshest coconut milk make homemade coconut milk.
