Blueberries make the most delicious desserts!

When I reminisce about blueberry treats, I think about blueberry pie, blueberry cobbler and now I am adding blueberry maple crisp to the list.

Imagine mixing up a delectable blend of blueberries, maple syrup, cinnamon, allspice, rosemary, and salt.

Next, stir up a topping mixture of old-fashioned rolled oats, almond flour, sliced almonds, maple syrup and coconut oil.

Next, pour the blueberry mixture into a cast iron skillet and spread into an even layer.

Then, spread the topping evenly across the top in a uniform layer then bake it in the cast iron skillet.

Once it’s done, this delectable Vegan “Cast Iron” Blueberry Maple Crisp tastes amazing served warm with a dollop of coconut yogurt!
